Norway's Best Drink is a national competition for Norwegian drinks. Producers of cider, beer, apple juice, mead, aquavit and other drinks from all over the country participate.
The competition provides a professional assessment of the products and highlights the best that is made in Norway.
Record-high interest in Norwegian drinks
This year's competition shows clear growth.
A total of 353 products from 98 manufacturers were registered. This is an increase of over 20 percent from the previous year.
We are seeing strong growth in cider and beer in particular. At the same time, classic categories such as apple cider, mead and aquavit are maintaining a high level.
This confirms a clear trend: Norwegian drinks are developing, and more are focusing on local production with high quality.
